I went there about 21:20 as we had been travelling all day and wanted a coffee, as there was 40 minutes to closing time they had started to clean. However as she made my drink she handled the mop, then my drink, mop and then my drink again and i did not see her wash her hands ONCE which is basic health and safety, as someone who works in hospitality not only is that absolutely disgusting due to how many people handle that mop but also the cleaning chemicals that may be on the handle because of cross contamination. To make matters worse the lady that served me was completely unbothered and did not even try to provide good customer service nor did she look like she wanted to be there, long shifts are difficult so its unfair to expect a bubbly and happy service so late at night but the way she acted was plain rude and indifferent.

Not flavour in the hot chocolate and cinnamon bun very poor. Bacon roll and pumpkin shaped brownie were just not worth the money.

Surprisingly this was nice. I don't know why I thought it wouldn't be but the place was clean and modern, the staff well presented, courteous, efficient and helpful and the tea and treats were tasty. It was easy to get on and off the motorway and we were soon back on our way to Tenby, feeling suitably refreshed. Thank you young ladies, and thank you Starbucks!

Service shocking. 1 lady busy. 1 guy slowly doing not much, ignoring us waiting.
2nd girl came out from the back looking like she had just woken up. Slowly moved towards us and just looked at us. Did wot we asked for and paid. No acknowledgement or Thank you. Like she couldn't be bothered.
Will go to next services next time.
