Absolutely the worst staff I have ever come across. Ignorant and rude .
We stood in the front of the queue for almost 15 minutes and not once did the 3 members of staff speak to us or look at us . We left as we were fed up by then , will never go there again

Great place to go after any activities in the area I went after the gym. Great atmosphere, delicious food and drink, friendly staff and friendly people. They truly know what their customers want. The lights are cozy and the music is calm and cozy. Great place.

Good news for dog owners Starbucks Llanishen now allows dog in.
I was amazed to see a dog in Starbucks but nobody seams to mind good for them.

A freshly revamped store that evokes a sense of nature thanks to a selection of tree pictures and green seating. Coffee is always hot and well made by friendly barristas

I ordered an espresso and was served a splash of luke warm coffee flavoured liquid that I refused to accept or pay for. Staff should adhere to a customers rights especially within the hospitality sector. I am under no obligation to buy 'sub standard ' goods regardless of my order. If I had ordered what I have described above then I would not have said anything, but I didn't.
Absolute disgrace.

Dirty, all Starbucks seem to be dirty! Tables left with previous occupiers cups/plates/rubbish, in addition to dirty tables/chairs.Staff moaning about having to clear tables, noisy, unruly kids running around screaming- great if you like all that!

Nice food and coffee. Service could have been quicker but there was only one server dispensing the drinks - and it was busy. Chairs were very hard.

Currently sat in Starbucks Llanishen which the closing time is supposedly 7pm. However for some reason one of the staff has started closing up at just after 5pm. After a pleasant lady serving me my coffee I sat down to enjoy my coffee and do some work on my laptop.Immediately as I sat down a member of staff decided to make me feel as uncomfortable as possible by cleaning directly around me and putting chairs on top of tables either side of me.I understand these tactics if it is near closing time if people are not keen to leave but over an hour and a half before the venue is due to close it seems like bad manners and terrible customer service.After a pleasant welcome from the member of staff that served me I was surprised to be made to feel immediately unwelcome by these actions.
