I always enjoy visiting Starbucks, and this location did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during the busy morning rush. My drink was made just the way I like it and they even gave me tips on what to try next time. The atmosphere was cozy, with plenty of seating and a clean, well-kept space. It?s the perfect spot to catch up on some work or just relax with a good coffee.

Payed for a big order online for collection I ordered a white hot chocolate and a iced caramel waffle latte the white hot chocolate actually turned out to be coffee it had no label on it to say it was coffee as we had already left and drove to where we were going we realised and my friend absolutely hates coffee so that got wasted . And then with the iced caramel waffle latte it had nothing that I ordered in there they had put foam in there when it was not on receipt or in the actual drink ingredients have tried to get in contact but this store has no contact information! Or any possible way to contact them . Waste of money on two drinks that couldn?t even be drank !

Nice staff but the place is always quite dirty with sticky tables so I always take away. Toilet were in a bit of a state too.

I honestly don't think I've ever been in a worse Starbucks than this one. Every time I visit, I am so bitterly disappointed. Always serve in paper cups and bags, inevitably get the order wrong or take too long to process it. Very dirty too with music blaring. Seems like there's no management whatsoever and just total chaos inside. Awful customer service.
