Older lady possibly manager with silver hair and glasses is so incredibly rude. What the hell is wrong with her I hope the staff don?t get treated badly by her. She acts like a child, needs to find another job.

On the day we visited, it was quite busy.
The positives are that the staff are always friendly, but there aren't enough of them to clear tables and remain on top of cleaning.
The food is over priced.
We met for a meeting, but the music played was too loud, along with ambient noise, the meeting was abandoned.

Normally most Starbucks you get lovely service, there must be something wrong here, the staff look like they hate working there.

Rude drive through lady. Told her very quiet on taking order through microphone she replied well no one else has complained, this was five past 6 in morning, literally just opened!! Maybe listen to customer, lots to learn in the world of employment with this employee!!

Hi . I think your older server (grey hair/glasses) needs additional customer service training or at least a refresher! I ordered a grande (regular/medium) latte. She repeated the order, great. I paid 4.10 which i thought was steep. She then asked me what i ordered? I told her, medium. I asked how much a large was as she had clearly charged me to much. She replied... my boss asked? I said i paid too much. We are making it she replied. ?? So ... i got a cold weird response to her mistake. I appreciate the large coffee i didnt ask for but to be honest. Just a sorry and an offer to rectify her mistake would have been the correct way about it. If she cant do that, ask/tell a manager to help. I wont be coming back, it was a rare option for me to come to starbucks anyway... i remember why.
