We hung out here for an hour upon arriving in Cardiff. We always enjoy some free wifi and bathrooms when we're traveling. Unfortunately, the bathroom in this Starbucks was a real mess.

Gemma was lush, changed my latte order as she started making my drink and wasn't an issue. She made me laugh when we started talking about diets starting in January. I heard her boss say she got a badge because she'd had nice reviews left for her, I thought I'd do the same when I left. What a lovely lady!

I often pop into this starbucks before catching my bus home and the staff are always lovely, very accommodating and friendly!! I take my time deciding what I want as I?m very indecisive but the staff are always patient and make me feel very welcomed ?

Went with my friends and ordered a strawberry and cream frappe with white chocolate after repeating myself a few times, which wasn?t the man?s fault as he was struggling with the till slightly. The woman then began making the strawberry refresher drink, which my friend had noticed. Confused, i politely asked the woman if the drink she was making was a strawberry frappe. The response I got wasn?t exactly polite. I apologised, I thought I must?ve ordered the wrong drink at the till as my head was all over the place but I was reassured by my friend that I definitely did order what I asked for and that it had showed up on the till. A strawberry frappe. After the woman made my drink, she didn?t seem too happy with me, even after me apologising. Looking at the sticker on my drink, the order was put through as a strawberry açai refresher. The atmosphere was very awkward and just seemed like some staff members didn?t want to be there, a-lot of confusion and miscommunication.First time this has happened to me in that Starbucks though so maybe a few people bad start to their days :/ On a better note, the strawberry frappe is gorgeous! would recommend :)
