I visited in the morning and ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a caramel hot chocolate. Anderson served me, and gave me a plain croissant and a hot chocolate that tasted a little like hazelnut. I went back up to check that I ordered the right things, and Anderson swapped my plain croissant for a ham and cheese free of charge.
I mentioned that my hot chocolate seemed to have a hint of hazelnut and asked him to smell it and he couldn't tell if anything was off.
I sat back down, and without any prompting, Anderson came over with a fresh hot chocolate and said it was bothering him that he might have made it wrong. It still tasted a little like hazelnut but at this point I'm just going to assume my taste buds were having an off-day, lol.
Anyway, the service was fantastic and I'm very pleased. The manager seemed really friendly too! I'll be grabbing a drink from here again for sure.

Dirty, most tables had used cups etc. on them. Staff was very 'off hand'. We had to ask for everything, like a cup, not a beaker, a spoon, a fork. This is the WORST EXAMPLE of a Starbucks I have had the misfortune to visit.
Even my coffee was poured from a beaker into a cup, without apology or time of day.
DISGRACEFUL. 16/12/24.

Horrendous customer service received by Beatrice. She misheard the order and was extremely rude when it was prepared incorrectly and I let her know of the error. Go to a different Starbucks. Awful awful awful, a very rude Starbucks worker.
Her colleague was lovely.

The service is horrible, i went to ordered my customize coffee today and the lady who made my coffee was very rude, she warned me this is my last coffee in here as their system charged less the what they made for me, is it my problem? They could update your system to charge me more, i didn?t complain about that, but the ways she talked to me, make me feel like i was trying to cheat to get a cheap coffee, seriously? I?m Starbuck loyal customer as I?m happy with their customer service but now is very disappointed how they trained their staff especially Hayes location. Will never come back again!!!

Terrible customer service with rude staff. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with no cream. I waited for 15 mins for my drink and when it was presented to me it had cream on. I said politely that I ordered it with no cream and the girl wiped the cream off the cup into the bin and slammed it down. I just left as I was shocked and extremely disappointed. £4.65 for shocking service and drink.
