Drinks are such a hit or miss here. Paying around £5 per drink just to get something that tastes just like warm milk. Can?t taste the coffee at all. Need consistency as I have had good coffee from the same branch before. But felt let down recently.

Waited 5 minutes at the till to even be acknowledged, whilst three different staff members walked past me several times then another 10 minutes for my drink, for it to be then given to someone in the drive through. No other customers inside waiting.

had to interrupt the barista who was using her phone and so focused on messaging someone that she never saw a queue form until i said good morning, Latte and banana loaf were very tasty

For a coffee that costs a lot, I was disappointed. I the milk seemed to separate/was not the usual consistency. How often are the toilets cleaned? I unusually returned the next day to find the unclean toilet exactly as the day before...

Very Rude Staff and Wrong Order ? Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks drive-thru on Saturday, 2nd August 2025 at 9:23 AM
The girl working at the drive-thru window was extremely rude right from the start. She acted like she couldn?t understand what I was saying, even though I was speaking clearly. It felt like she was doing it on purpose just to be difficult.
On top of that, she gave me the wrong drink. I didn?t notice until I had already entered the M4 motorway, so I couldn?t go back to get it corrected. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.
This is not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks. I won?t be visiting this location again.

I've been here several times now and the staff are amazing and always welcoming, even on the earliest of mornings when I'm on my way to work.
But for some reason I never get my Starbucks points here, I've noticed it now every time I've been I'm never credited with Starbucks points and I've bought several coffees here. Does this store not offer them or something as there isn't a sign to say so?

Server lady behind the desk was really nice and polite and gave great service! The lady also making the drinks, I believe her name was Delia, made an amazing drink with tons of caramel drizzle, exactly how I like it!

Always polite and friendly. Never get my drink wrong, like they do in other Starbucks.
One particular member of staff is always lovely but I didn't get his name. He was on shift on 15/10/24 in the morning, really helpful and super friendly

Came into store on Friday night and was greeted straight away by Joanne, it was my first experience at this Starbucks and she made it memorable from the second I walked, helped me with my drink choice and gave me recommendations on some food to go with it. Will definitely be coming back here soon

I usually come to this Starbucks once or twice a week and the customer service is always absolutely top class. Every staff member is friendly and Joanne, in particular, always remembers me and greets me by name when I enter. The little touches like that definitely make this Starbucks a place that I enjoy returning to.

Dietary restrictions: They have options for everyone.
Parking: There's parking, you can't miss it.
Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: The can just turn up and roll in.
