“My family and I popped in just to have a look around (OK, it was mainly me ?) as Rugby Merchandise Stores are so hard to come by nowadays.

Although the store is not particularly big, it manages to provide a good selection of National, International and Club Jerseys as well as Training Tops / shorts / hats / scarfs etc for respective teams. Honestly, a really good selection and very neatly presented too. If your lucky, like I was, you may even be able to pick up a few cheeky sale items.

The Manager, may have been the owner, was a great help too with our 2 year old daughter. She'd picked out a large rainbow coloured rugby, but was too big for her. So the manager showed us to the smaller sized ball and ended up offering us a small, purple Ospreys Ball, which she absolutely loved and proceeded to carry all around Cardiff under her arm ? so hats of to the manager!! ??

If your in Cardiff, especially on a International day, pop in and have a look around. You won't be disappointed! ?”

“I walked in on a whim and was able to immediately receive a gait analysis. Georgia was incredibly helpful and deeply knowledgeable, and I walked out shortly thereafter with a lovely comfy set of running shoes at a reasonable price. I might add that the recommendation was not for the most costly option but the best fit.”

“I really don't like JD. I always find the staff quite rude, they're youngsters and I'm an old git. Kids love it though. I had an issue with a refund and they actually sorted it without any fuss. Maybe I'm warming to the shop.”

That's how you manage a complaint granted you had the product needed but you still apologised for the trouble and said you would have completed the refund if need due to the circumstances.”

I got a refund and copped new af1 the staff member absolutely shocked me with how he explained to me how to use crep protect spray and wipes when needed, picking the correct size and to get crease protectors the nicest member of staff I ever met honestly give him a raise”
