This was the first time shopping at Sports Direct, I ordered shoes for click and collect as a Christmas present, firstly the £5 to click and collect is absolutely insane considering all other shops are free. Second, the WORST customer service in a store I?ve ever seen, me and another customer just standing in the queue waiting to be served and 3 members of staff just standing there talking, have clearly seen us but carries on talking for another 5 minutes before this girl with a half arssed attitude decides to serve us.
When it was my turn I told her twice it was a collection, she then just asked me what size shoe it was and I was so confused, so I said dont you just want to scan the barcode on the email?? She does so but then starts looking for the parcel to which she couldn?t find so had to get one of the other guys who was just standing and talking to help look. After making me stand there for 10 minutes I ask what the hell is going on and the guy asks who put it aside for me, I continued to say I don?t know wtf you?re on about I?ve got a click and collect? They then go ?oooh? and then I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come with a gun to then look for my parcel, the whole time I?m in an empty shop for 15-20 minutes just to pick up a click and collect. Everyone?s attitude in that shop was so ?can?t be bothered? security guard at the front just leaning on a stand on his phone, staff at the front just standing around talking . To top it off, it was opened on Christmas Day ordered a size 11 shoe, box says size 11 but the shoes were size 9!!!
Never ordering from a sport direct ever again absolutely shocking!!

Great stock and friendly team alway's going above and beyond, would recommend sports direct to everyone.

Store has had the same layout bar the tills since it was still JJB Sports. Feels like you?re at a car boot in a warehouse; garments on the floor, Snotty kids running around screaming, 8 staff wandering around aimlessly and only one on the till, overpricing of dated brands. This place needs a serious shake up and revamp.

Ordered something online, ordered on 5th Jan, received on 7th Jan, too large started following the instructions on the slip which said I had 28 days to return and it said I can't return after 7th Jan which was the day I received it. Unable to speak to anyone regarding this so will probably have to drive to one of their outlets

Management has no social skills whatsoever, was incredible confrontational and is incredibly rude, I wouldn't shop here if I was paid to.

Great Experience straight on the back of a shocking experience at Leckwith. In out and listened to the complaints agreeing that the store was at fault and obviously was very helpful. That's how you manage a complaint granted you had the product needed but you still apologised for the trouble and said you would have completed the refund if need due to the circumstances.
