I have yet to have a negative experience here. They are so helpful, not just they're selling you something but long afterwards, whether getting my husband his cataract letter one minute after they had locked up or fixing my frames when I dropped something on them. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Only went to get new glasses as my ones had broken both arms fell off so needed new pair my eye test wasn?t due as I only had them for a short time so spessvers Lindy gave me 50 % off a new pair I?m so glad I did as I found my new pair cost a lot of money!! I?m very happy with my new glasses but not happy about the price.

The staff here are really good. Very attentive and patient, even when busy which they often are. I wanted to change some new glasses and it was no trouble at all (the lady was so nice) and I?m pleased with my two new pairs. There could be a better range of frames here.

Just want to say a big thank you to Emma who helped my son today with his second contact lens teach.She was super patient and calm when he was getting annoyed that he couldn?t do it straight away.The lady who helped us the week before was also very good (sorry I have forgotten her name! But she likes to doodle lenses!) but I think she didn?t have as much time as today to persevere with us.Thank you both

Two staff members speak Welsh which was great. Everyone was very friendly.The layout is confusing. No idea where your supposed to stand to be seen by a member of staff.
