I was dealt with friendly staff for my eye test appointment and I am very happy with how it all went .

Unfortunately I had to rebook my appointment, as was kept waiting for over 25 minutes with no explanation, or apologies until I requested to make a new appointment.
Time wasted for me, hopefully this doesn't happen on my next visit.
