Halal frozen chicken products taste/smells horrible. The meat iself is black. All went into the trash. Even Though the prices wasn't cheap. How do you guys trust this brands and sell them ?

Absolutely disgusting and appealing customer service from Vishal the store clerk. Went to return a parcel from Amazon and although I followed all the instructions correctly and have always done so in this manner, Vishal rejected my return saying I have done it all wrong and that my parcel will rejected if I return it as such. Vishal was very condescending and showed an utter lack of customer service skill.

Picked up a parcel that had a different surname. Showed proof of purchase and email and next account with the same name and was spoken too quite aggressively infront of several customers that they'll let me off this one time but to make sure names match. Didnt know you still need ID in some places to check an order

Review based on parcels return service Evri. The scanning machine for printing labels is situated far too low down and never seems to pick up a barcode (yes, even with phone screen on max brightness).

I will give only 4 ? because my experience is not related to shopping, but to return shipping from amazon. Served me a young woman with short hair and eyeglasses and she was very nice, polite and helpful. It was a good experience that I can recommend.

Accidentally broke a bottle of cheap cider which was misplaced on its shelf and fell down by slightly touching it with my jacket. I immediately apologized for this but the manager didn't accept my apology and completely ignored me, throwing an angry face at me (for an accident)!?!I got forced to pay for the bottle even though these shops have calculated breakage allowances included in the prices they charge to their end customers.

**in response to owner** i did ask. And was informed you do not stock any. I qas offered cheese and onion slices pr cheese and tomato baguettes... Dont know why as both are not vegan**
