The guy here took it in, a day later and the job was done perfectly. “I would definately recommend!I had expected that getting a front door key cut would be a straightforward task, but it wasn't. I spent alot of time and money trying to get a single key cut from well known companies and each time for some reason the key wouldn't work. I thought I would give it one last try at Crwys Key cutting (who had been recommended). The gentleman was so friendly and helpful. “Visited to change my car key battery. Excellent service from the man on counter. There is 2 options, first one will cost you like £12 and comes with one year warranty. The other option is lifetime for£17 . Which is good option. If there is any problem with that key, they will change the battery without any cost.”

“I visited to have an old favourite handbag repaired and a pair of Doc Martens stretched. They did a great job on both. The bag had fabric separating from the leather, and they were able to stitch it up, and unstick the zipper. The boots are much more comfortable now. The prices were very reasonable as well. I will definitely use this shop again!”

“Went to Timpsons on Western Avenue in Cardiff today with an emergency, my van key snapped. As I live in it i was obviously very stressed about it and had had a quote from a different company for £300 to get it repaired. The gentleman in Timpsons was unsure if he'd be able to fix it but in the end had a new one cut for me in about 10 minutes and it was £79 which is a huge saving.
