If anyone has Housing Issues / Landlord problems , Shelter Cymru ?s legal department will help . If you are in receipt of Any Government Benefit e.g.Universal Credit, ESA or PIP , Shelter?s Solicitors will apply for legal aid on your behalf if your case needs to be taken to Court . One of Shelters Barristers has helped me on several occasions last year in a case involving Cardiff Council . ??

Phonecalls and emails go unanswered and if you're lucky enough to eventually get a reply expect it to be condescending and unhelpful with a facetious remark about your situation

Visited Shelter to get a friend some important help and advice, this organisation it outstanding and the staff go the extra mile to help those who come to them often in sheer dispairation. I can honerstly say they were extremely professional and helpful to the point they beat the County Council into submission and sort compensation for damages, negligence and discrimination; that in my books is the best support one can get. Well done Shelter ?
