Despite some confusion from inital conversation, everything was sorted out and a tricky delivery with access issues was arranged, and took place, brilliantly. Thanks to Kevin at the Llanishen branch and especially to Matthew the driver, who not only rung in the morning to talk through the delivery and give a time of arrival, but also run just before arriving and was great in the service at the property. Thank you.

Car park is tiny so if you in a big Luton, go to the other one in Cardiff. Infact a few of these branches, don't think about car park sizes. We are in vans mate. Not ford fiestas. Lol

Burnie at the Till ? An Absolute Legend!
I can't say enough good things about Burnie at Selco. Every single time I come in, no matter how hectic the day is, she?s got a smile on her face and a positive attitude that lifts the whole place. She?s not just quick and efficient?she?s warm, friendly, and has this amazing way of making everyone feel like a regular, even if it?s your first time.
Burnie takes the time to ask how you are, share a laugh, and still keeps the queue moving without missing a beat. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people, and that kind of attitude is rare. It?s staff like Bernie that make you want to come back?not just for the products, but for the atmosphere she helps create.
Selco is lucky to have her, and so are the customers. She?s a true asset to the team, and honestly, the place wouldn?t be the same without her!

Unfortunately we had to return two items today as they didn?t match. However the young male assistant who helped us check out if there was an alternative to the units we returned was a delight. He was customer savvy, very helpful and answered and explained all of our questions. I didn?t catch his name but it was Tuesday afternoon in Llanishen. He was young and smiley. Some people have just got it what it takes to be a people person.
