Very bad customer service,
Early morning went to buy Just one item . No clear directions .
Very rude who?s in till ?kavin ?
I told him . This is not 1st time .
Full respect I say to him please don?t make our day worse in the morning.
Always in the morning staff who?s in the till rude talk. No eye contact,no smile faces.
Our Most of staff working in nearby this store but we are most time away from this store because of poor customer service.
Normally Sainsbury?s is good customer service but this store is very bad.

Prices are ridiculously high. Products on the Sainsbury's website are advertised as cheaper than they actually are here. Do not shop here unless you want to burn your money. Tesco and Lidl are cheaper alternatives for the same products.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CHANGE AND MORE COMMON ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE FOR £1 WILL STILL FULL PRICE. lack of energy throughout store poor knowledge of ITEMS you also might haft to wait to be served due to staff congregating to chat and moan about how much they don't want to be in work.Only 2 members of staff are doing there job when they are in which is 2 girls (dumped on the till all day.) security guard walks around doing nothing but getting in your way or blocking the exit some products open on shelf.I would walk 2 minutes up the road to coopOr just 10 minutes away big tesco
