Absolutely shocking experience the security guard assumed i was stealing although i wasnt then i said im not stealing though then he says theres 2 ways this can go you can leave right now and never come back or i can take you out the back as if he was going to hit us or something

Popped in to get a loaf of bread and some mushrooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of attentiveness from Mike who served us. He was very polite and even packed our items into a bag. Thank you for a great service!!

I visited there during my brief stay in Cardiff ! Just one day !! I should've stayed there more ! I was tgere for a night & a half day more ! I shopped my necessities there including wipes ,hand sanitizer, some sanitizer spray ( the only alcohol spray kind I'd found in Wales & England !! Lol.) And their cute orange elephant economy bags as my souvenirs !! I got 3 of 'em ! 1 for me ,1 for my sis & 1 another for my cousin in Japan ! I liked this shop ! The staff were friendly there !

Terrible they should be more careful who they have working for them . Not the bullys they have on the doors narcissists. Really bad .

Dreadful store. The range is poor and the staff unhelpful. But what makes it worse is the clown working on the door as security. I watched a customer walk out so I thought wearing my mask i could walk in... no \\\"wait their mate\\\", so back to the queuing area. I go in and there is only one other customer inside. I purchase my goods and leave. My partner who is outside asks why I was stopped.. \\\"must be one in one out\\\" she looked puzzled.. \\\"can't be, he let 6 customers on after you!\\\"\\n\\nThis just demonstrates that its not public safety but about a power trip. Shame on you sainsbury

brought some nexium to find it totally empty, took it back in seconds later to advise, they swapped it no hassle, very good customer service top marks to the fellas, came in at about 12.30ish
