Just went to Ryman at Cardiff Queen Arcade to print 4 A4 pages.... The shop assistant did not mention at any time there is a service charge of £2.5 for printing while I was waiting. They printed the pages and charged me £3.7. I was, what's that £2.5 for? And she casually points at the sign next to her computer hidden from customer sight. Nice one guys. Top transparency with your customer. Maybe "casually" mention it while the customer is about to email you the file? Just a suggestion... What a rip off!

Went there a few weeks ago to print a photo for a friend?s birthday- staff were extremely patient and helpful, the printing process was testing for both myself and the staff but they continued with good cheer. I cannot remember their names sadly but it was a lovely man with white hair and glasses and a young lady with dark hair. Thank you both for printing the little Simpsons-esque cartoon!

Went into the store to get a bank statement printed. Staff was friendly and helpful and helped me quickly bit on the pricier side for basic print work however.
