Got my gait analysed here as I?ve had a few issues with running. It was a great help sadly I didn?t get the name of the lady who helped me. She was great explained everything very well and what would suit me best.

Got my gait analysed there and the guy who did it was really friendly and knowledgeable and generally super patient with me, even when the shop got busy. It's only £15 and you get a £15 voucher to spend on trainers which is valid for 30 days if you don't buy something there and then. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and good general selection, however in terms of running shoes, there?s a small selection of something like 20-30 pairs. I was disappointed to see such a tiny selection of shoes, their website suggested the range would be much bigger in store. Unfortunately I had to buy online..

I had a gait analysis here this morning which I found so useful. I?m a new runner, although I did get a knee injury when I had a go at Couch to 5k years ago, and had some really useful recommendations for running shoes with a bit more cushioning which will help to avoid this again.As someone new to running who?s not that physically fit (and new to using the running machine for the gait analysis) I wasn?t sure what to expect, but it was a good experience. You only need to run on the running machine for a short time and it starts at a walking pace and you increase the speed until you?re at your running speed (this all gets explained to you). Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I can happily recommend a visit here for a gait analysis to others.

It has a lot of options in sports and mountain clothing. On the top floor you can find a space to buy running shoes and equipment, it is a little small but they are quite stocked. They have everything from creams to sleeves for the cold, their stock is very good.One of the things I liked is that they have a treadmill so you can try out the shoes. It's a place that got me out of trouble before the half marathon.

Was helped today by a lovely assistant. I didn?t get his name, but he was very knowledgable and despite there being several people wanting advice and assistance, he managed to divide his attention between us effectively.I would recommend a visit for gait analysis and general advice!

Very knowledgeable and helpful, despite a long list of very specific requirements on my part. The colleague who helped me was very patient and researched vegan opinions from the store's stock for me. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service.
