Just ordered, 3 kofta wraps, they came with nothing other than kofta, no lettuce, tomato cabbage etc literally just a small amount of kofta?.. I?m absolutely blown away, how can that be how it?s served???? 3 small wraps two chips and three cans of coke was £24, truly awful value for money?..

It's not nice at all. Chips was horrible, reheat from yesterday.. hardly any salad. Don't waste your money. Kids pop corn chicken was the worst

The mixed grill platter is my favourite dish with so much meat grilled to perfection and under £10! It comes with a nan bread but I had chips as well and couldn't finish it! Staff friendly and polite. This is the place to eat if you want good food at reasonable prices.

Extremely long wait, incorrect order, hair in food, and aggressive member of staff.Food arrived over an hour after I had ordererd. On arrival I noticed that the burger I ordered contained chilli sauce instead of relish. I would have much preferred the advertised sauce, but it wasnt too big of a deal, I was so hungry I decided it wasn't worth complaining about.However, after eating the burger my friends noticed two hairs in my food, that very clearly did not belong to me. One hair looked like eyelash, my eyelashes are long and dark and these ones where much shorter and a bit lighter in colour. My beard is short and the hairs seem where clearly longer than my beard hairs as well.After seeing this I couldn't finish my food, and considering the wait time + the incorrect burger, I thought asking for a full refund was reasonable.Upond asking for this, the guy initially refused , gesturing to me and said "look at yourself" (I have long hair). I then explained you'd clearly be able to see that the hairs on the food did not come from me, me having long hair is actually why that fact is so obvious.The man behind the counter then accused me of planting the hair and claimed I was "taking the piss" because I was somehow angry or bitter at the long wait. This obviously made me really annoyed, especially since I wasn't the one who even noticed the hair in the face place. Me and the worker got into a bit of a shouting match over this.While I won't deny I was mouthy as well, never in my life have I received verbal like this from a member of staff, and frankly it's disgusting that he'll probably still keep his job.I was called a tramp multiple times, threatened and told to watch my mouth, and told to never show my face there again, all because I wanted my money back for the wrong order that was an hour late and was also seasoned with the disgusting workers greasy hair.The refund I received was £1 short of the price I payed, but the situation was too tense for me to really worry about counting in the moment haha.Moral of the story only come here if you love long waits, hate getting the correct order, and have a special craving for a side of hair.

Wow! My partner and I visited Cardiff and was stuck for choices of food. We managed to source this lovely Roscoes, with so much variety, and not so expensive. I had ordered the chicken shawarma and my partner ordered a peri peri chicken burger meal. I have never tasted such mouth watering food with a excellent customer service too! If your in Cardiff, make sure you visit this place!
