What can I say!!! The Regus ladies are amazing! Since I stepped onto floor 15 I?ve had nothing but a warm welcome from them both! No request is ever too big or small for the current Regus centre team - Claire and Alysha - and they create such a friendly and warm environment for all my clients who visit my office.

My business has been based at Brunel for 6 months now. First and foremost the main reason I chose Brunel Regus was due to the friendly and professional service of Claire my sales manager, receptionist and quite frankly multi-occupational genius, Claire goes above and beyond with everything she does, and really takes pride in the Regus Brunel centre. She is approachable friendly, professional and leaves a long lasting impression not just with myself but with my customers too. Recently Alysha has joined the team and WOW alysha not only is friendly and approachable she takes the initiative to learn all aspects of the Brunel Regus centre. If Claire is away Alysha goes above and beyond her job role to ensure that she can do all that she can for myself and no doubt other businesses within Regus. Both ladies are an asset to Regus as they do not just do their 9-5 job roles they go above and beyond expectations.

First, there was hidden sign up fees. And after signing up for a coworking desk, I was enable to work from there for the whole month as the heating was not working. After complaining for so long -as not only the heating was off but the aircon was on at an extremely freezing temperature- I decided it was time to find a new place to work from. They didn?t have any courtesy in trying to keep the client or offering any discount for the unused payed month ( broken contract of their part I must say, as the agreed service was not provided) but also charged me for an extra month as I didn?t give my ?notice? one month in advance. Really a terrible experience. I do not recommend this space.

Lovely centre! The staff are fantastic, especially the community manager Claire! She goes above and beyond for myself and the other Regus tenants. Us clients are treated with the upmost care and attention. Nothing is too much to ask. Couldn?t recommend the centre more! Makes my work day a breeze!

Great central location in Cardiff. Very close to Queen Street station and parking. Nice and helpful staff. Great for a meeting or shared work spaces.
