Its not a bank holiday its a normal working day Saturday.6thwebsite says open but again they are closed.People rely on the weekend access but to find it closed today is a joke.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I took my elderly disabled father to this branch after calling to confirm that they DID NOT close this branch for an hour for lunch between 1-2pm as I needed to drop him there for 1:30pm. I had a call from my father later that day, he was sitting in the cold outside for over 30 minutes as they did close for an hour for lunch, although I called at 12:50 to make sure that would not happen.If having appalling customer service and receptionists that don't have a clue what they're talking about then this IS the branch for you.
