Not a good experience at all. Women kept giving me attitude and kept putting me on hold for no reason. Call was a waste of time was on the phone for ages just to come down to the branch. How hard was it for them to tell me my balance. I did all the security checks and apparently it wasn't good enough

The staff are friendly and helpful. Usually there is no queue. Luckily open a few hours on Saturday!!
