This review is for the stitch cafe. My daughter who is 6, loves stitch so we visited the cafe as a treat yesterday. It was obvious to the staff that it was her first time and although I can understand they must see lots of excited children in awe of their surroundings. They made no effort to make it special for her what so ever. She was dressed head to toe in stitch clothes.
I was really disappointed to see the lack of engagement with her. They miserably took our order and that was it. I work in a busy childrens emergency department and even after 12 hours I've got more oomph in me than them! I think primark need to staff their stitch cafe with happier more engaging staff.

Wow , what a disappointing experience shopping ? at primark has been. For myself and two granddaughters yesterday.
We always love looking around the store. Filling our baskets with goodies
But yesterday, my youngest granddaughter was trying on clothes for our upcoming holiday. Trying on dresses ? which she loved , but there were a few that was a little bit big , so I went to ask the young lady , at the exit if there was any off the staff. That would be able to get me a smaller size for her , I was told that she wasn't aloud to leave her post , but she would ask one off the other staff. Off which there was 4 young girl. Just standing chatting doing appsoultly nothing, being completely lady.
Not one off them would go. They exspected me to leave 2 granddaughters, instead.
When I called the manager, he apologised and said that one off them.should have gone fot me. My goodness. This store needs a bloody good shake up , on customer service , and needs to employ, young women, who deserves the money ? they have, for just hanging around acting completely dumb.

Huge store with a very wide selection of products. But the queues are horrendous! 30 minutes to pay for some socks and a pair of sunglasses. Staff wandering around pretending to look busy but only 5 staff actually on the tills. Too hot inside and their WiFi doesn't work.

Big Store so much better than the orginal store really updated. The prices are still resonably priced due to the cost of living, love the snuddies the most they're really cozy. The staff are always polite, chatty and always willing to help when you cant find an item.The cafe isnt to bad the foods nice but im not keen on the coffee.

Very good store. The store is multi level and has a lot of stuff for the whole family. Some prices are high, but items seem to be of good quality.

Came to Cardiff with my daughter & family today to experience the Stitch experience in youre cafe before going to the cinema.
You had no options for those who cant have dairy. Vegan options are world wide now because of allergies & intolerance issues. We had 3 very upset children ? You're staff however we're lovely & very understanding.
Lovely experience for others though xx

Apsalutley disgusting!! You want to be ashamed. No disrespect to the staff they were apologetic my twins can't have dairy as the most of the generations today can't. Why cant there be just ham and pineapple toastie option or a biscuit with icing with no milk where are you VEGAN options for those who cant have Dairy???. We were very excited but had to be turned away as there where no options available.

While I was in Primark St David?s centre yesterday I lost my silver bracelet which had great sentimental value to me. I telephoned today to see if anyone had handed it in I?m sorry to say it hadn?t.Ann on the customer service desk was, helpful, kind and understanding. Thank you

I was served at the tills by Tanieka (hope i spelt that right) today. I literally only bought 4 things so I thought quick little scan and pay and im off. Tanieka made conversation with me and i was there talking to her for a good few minutes and I just want to give credit to her for being such a lovely girl and taking time out of her day just to have a conversation with her customers. It?s such a difference when compared to those who just shoo you off. She really brightened my mood and we had a lovely conversation - honestly it?s just the little things. Management should be delighted they have a girl like this on their team.
