Prezzo's Cardiff is truly a home away from home. From the moment you walk in, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly, making you feel like part of the family. Zanet, the manager, leads the way in showing great hospitality, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one. Our children absolutely love going there, and it's always a joy and a pleasure to visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a family meal or a special occasion.
The food is also amazing! Each dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, offering a delightful culinary experience every time. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Italian pasta, a delicious pizza, or one of their mouth-watering desserts, you won't be disappointed. Came here last Wednesday while shopping. Was a few people in here but not too busy. Decent menu. We both ended up having pasta dishes followed by desserts. Food was great and service was good. I wasn't fussed on the outside seating area on the terrace while others wee shopping. I'd sit inside next time. Overall was good. Also accept blue light card which is always great can't fault it.

I had a lovely meal for one at prezzo yesterday. Couldn't have asked for better service from Zaneta, ever so attentive and happy to help whenever I needed. Thank you again!
Enjoyed a very generously sized calzone, extra chilli of course so plenty of spice for me. Wouldn't usually go for an Italian sauvagnon but it really did surprise me there. Not bad at all.
Thanks again for a lovely meal, will of course be returning soon.

Visited Prezzo Cardiff this evening with my partner for a meal. We haven?t visited prezzo for a while so we were anticipating good things. However when our mains arrived, we weren?t told that the dish the pasta al forno was in, was hot & straight out the oven. Thanks to this, my partner burnt his finger. To top it off, the food didnt meet out expectations especially for the price. It was tasteless & the al forno carbonara tasted of water? we weren?t offered extra cheese or anything on top. We were sat outside & it was quite noisy & cold? The portions too were Tiny!! we ordered mac anf cheese bites as a side & received 3 which was laughable. We weren?t offered a dessert menu either & getting the attention of any waiter/manager to get a bill was extremely difficult, which shouldn?t have been considering that i was able to notice 4 waiters standing around chatting. Very dissatisfied with this service & food. Super rude & ridiculous to LITERALLY be ignored when asking for the bill.
