I used to come here a lot! But since they introduced the App and expect customers to pay something like £30 per month to get discount off food, I didn't bother any more. Sandwiches were nice, though. And most other things like soup, pastries. Mocha isn't very good, wishy washy!

Service was quick and coffee and croissant was lovely. It is quite open in the shopping centre so atmosphere can be loud even when the shop isn't busy.

Genuinely horrible coffee made, like worse that instant. It was a pumpkin spice latte aswell so you?d think the sugar would have been nice at least but it tasted bitter and dusty. Nasty.
Also saw a member of staff shake his head at an older lady who was taking a bit long to put her purse away.
And yeah the shop is currently a bit grubby looking

Third time here in recent weeks and seems to be getting quite rundown. Food choices dwindling particularly after mid afternoon.

I visited today with my daughter, I was disappointed to find that the shop was noware near as clean and welcoming as it has been on previous visits. The tables were sticky, there was food on the floor, bins had been emptied and the bin bags left in the middle of the shop floor and there were many fruit flies landing on tables and food.
I bought a portion of cut fruit dated with today's date which was starting to ferment.
When my daughter complained the person at the counter told her to complain to another staff member, who was deep in discussion with a security guard, when she eventually got his attention he just changed the packet for another one, with no comment or apology.

It is worth subscribing to it. They offer you five coffees a day with a 30-pound subscription, as well as a discount on everything
Their sandwiches and salads are very delicious, as is their coffee
