Inside looks much nicer then outside. The outside looks very industrial, but the inside meets the usual Premier Inn standard. The location is very pleasant with a view of the old harbour.

Not a bad room, comfy bed, nice sleep. No charge port's for phone n laptop etc which was annoying.. overall good value for money. Sort out Yr charger ports

Easy and quick check-in. Plenty of parking available. Room was clean, typical Premier Inn layout. Ideal for a stay if a few nights. Close enough to local amenities, food, bars,

Had a lovely stay here from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and light. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water. Asked for extra pillows which we received with no issue. Brewers fayre is opposite, you literally walk out the door and your there. Booking a table was no problem and the food was lovely. Would stay here again.

Big gaps under bed where it seems panels are missing. Every other Premier Inn had matching bedside units, this became the exception.

Our stay at Sapphire Shores Lodge was like a dreamy escape to nature's paradise. The serene lake views and the gentle rustling of leaves created a sense of peace. Our cabin was clean, cozy, and had a porch where we could watch the world go by. The hosts were warm and provided valuable tips for exploring nearby trails. This is a place where nature whispers its secrets.

It does what it says on the tin, somewhere to put your head down. I visited with work recently and the room was basic but clean apart from some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room also had a bit of a damp smell but it?s cheap and cheerful.

Pro's: Very nice, friendly helpful staff, both in reception and the restaurant next door. Room very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast weekdays, nice and calm and very good , fresh , quick service but weekends it is a buffet and very busy and noisy. Con's: Terrible noise from rooms above, not just mine but the same in other rooms occupied by our family. People walking above sounds like a herd of elephants, the ceiling lights rattle very loudly and feels like the person/s above are about to crash through the ceiling. Very annoying when you are trying to rest or sleep. Restaurant food in the evening is poor/average.

I absolutely loved it here. We normally stay at the hotel in Wenvoe but thought it would be nice to stay a little closer to the beach. We booked two family rooms, one of them was huge (number 120). Great room with air conditioning nice and clean Staff were lovely, especially the guy in the evenings, just a 10 minute walk to the beach with an asda on the way. We used the restaurant in the evening the food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel 100% will definitely be back next year.

We had to rearrange this room a few times, due to various personal circumstances. When we finally managed to go, we then had an 8 month old too. Was absolutely dreading the stress of our first family holiday. It was made so straight forward by how amazing and helpful the staff were. We got given a family room and had such amazing crawling space for the little one! Breakfast was great! The staff were warm and welcoming every time we walked in and out, and the amount of times we forgot things, it was a lot!Hotel wise, I've stayed in loads of premier Inn and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. So much is just walking distance from the hotel. And it's so so quiet! I genuinely thought we were the only people staying there at one point, but it was fully booked!100% want to stay there again!

Location wise this place is perfect with parking included. Close to all the local attractions and all within walking distance for pubs etc.The price however is quite expensive for 2 nights for a very basic room that wouldn't miss a freshen up and some more luxury amenities for the price your paying.Nice feature at reception was the taxi booking service and some vending machines which again very overly priced for what they are (2.30 for a 500ml bottle of pop)Overall a nice stay. The rooms are clean and functional for what they are just can't justify paying a high price tag for not much in the way of luxuries or extras.

We stayed for 1 night and it was probably one of the better premier inns we have stayed in! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The beefeater next door is a bit dire for meals and breakfast! Would stay again if in the area! But would find somewhere better to eat!
