From a negative experience in one post office this was a breeze. Happy to help, very efficient given current reduced opening hours and were very pleased the item was prepaid so minimal interaction required.Screens and PPE being used. Some distancing lines outside would be useful and this stops me giving 5 stars.

Whenever I have visited this Post Office I have always received great service, particularly during the last few months. Thank you for working so hard to keep the post office open.

Went to pick up a parcel from here today only to see that it doesnâ??t open on Saturday and only opens from11:30am during the week. Ridiculous opening times! Convenient it is not

A rude and abrupt middle age (55-60) woman does most of the shifts, I always come out feeling uncomfortable after she serves me. There's another lady (early 30s) who is lovely but I've only seen her twice. And sometimes there's a guy serving who is also very kind and helpful. The post office itself is quite small but has the essentials you'd expect, and is convenient if you live close by. Next door is a hairdressers one side and card shop the other, either side of those is a new fish and chip shop, and a darlows agents. Opposite them you have a small barbers, Jeffery Ross properties, Natwest bank and a medium size Co-Op, as well as a pharmacy, take a few steps further and you'll see a flower shop, tea room, small bakery, opticians, charity shop, Barclays bank, another hair dressers, Peter Alan, principality building society, and a Mc coll's off licence.

Opening hours are old fashion. Ok for pensioners but they'll die soon, along with your business.

Since it's reopening after the last Christmas shutdown, the Post Office has lost it's village sparkle! The workers are sullen, miserable, look very bored and seem not to even want to be there and also have no clue as to how to run a Post Office whatsoever! It feels cold and uninviting now. I would rather walk to Thornhill instead!
