Absolutely unacceptable Post Office services. Never open at appropriate times and always a problem with sending and collecting parcels. Have received various excuses from the stuff including not being trained to use the Post Office and Post Office systems being down.

They messed up a DPD drop-off and I'm down £500 because they didn't scan it properly and it got lost in the system forever.Also tried to get another parcel sent there for collection which failed and had to get a refund because apparently the size was "too big" (it was bedding...). Any future post office needs I'm taking to WHSmith on Queen Street from now on.

Not only has this Post Office odd opening/closing times but also have untrained, unqualified rude Eastern European staff with limited English language ski?ls and unnecessarily like to argue with customers. The Post Office is unable to provide basic post office facilities due to staff incompetency. Can the owner please take action! #Royalmail please take notice! This Post Office is not serving the community properly. Avoid

I don't care what other reviews here were saying, but used the service on Saturday and Sunday. It is not any cheaper, but I get to send a parcel on Sunday; Yeah I am going to give 5 ?

Just drove across Cardiff to send an urgent letter and was abruptly told the post office was closed because they had a delivery to do - Waste of time and money

Friendly, helpful staff, and it's so great to have a post office that's open after 17:30 (Adamsdown PO is open til 22:00)!
