Staff indifferent bordering on rude. The big guy has zero customer service skills. Always a huge queue as limited staff. Can use banking services and money transfer/exchange.

It?s handy to have a post office in town. It?s moved in recent years so that it?s at the back corner on the ground floor of W H Smiths on Queen Street. I was able to send my Amazon return parcel there fine using the code they sent me (helpful since my local post office doesn?t offer this service).

Truly awful, expect to queue for an hour to do anything that requires the staff. Unfortunately, my only option with my bank is to use here for deposits and it's a nightmare, I've given up every time. One time they actually had no staff (they were off ill, which I appreciate it) but the 2 ladies in the international/business money section refused work the post office section - meaning the queue was extending all the way down the store and they just sat happily letting it get out of control - when one finally realised they had to do something, she decided to take her break before. The frustrating thing is, they have the same systems in the international exchange booth to let people deposit into their bank, but will make you join the queue where people are also looking to post things, which is much more time consuming than depositing cash.I don't fully blame the staff, it's the business not employing enough which is the issue.I highly recommend taking a fold up camping style chair and some lunch if you need to get something done here.

Second occasion I have been asked to step aside whilst being served and after queuing so they can serve someone else first, I?m business banking and need to get beck to work, surely the person behind me can wait and will understand they have to wait for the person in front to finish, they weren?t complaining!! Joke

Asked to send three parcels 2nd class signed for - only one was sent signed for, the rest were just standard 2nd class. Don't recommend this post office, somehow every time I have to use it they mess something up.
