Was served by multiple waiters, Stuart who was very pleasant, made us feel very comfortable (up the palace) the music was great and the food was delicious and delivered at a perfect time, great experience, would recommend if you want high quality pizza and tasty cocktails

Another Pizza Express spot that did not disappoint! Absolutely lovely staff on a busy Friday evening got me and my friend a nice table for some food and drinks.
They do some great offers and had some free dough balls and halloumi bites from their app rewards. Pizzas did not disappoint either.
We each had a drink as well which was quite tasty!

Went there to celebrate an anniversary, and the food and atmosphere were brill. The service was quite good for the meal itself, but for some reason, it took half an hour for us to get our bill. I could understand if it was busy, but there were three other tables of four people or fewer, one of which was seated whilst we were waiting for the bill. Even after I got the hostess's attention, we still had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to be brought to us. I wouldn't go as far as to say it ruined our night, but it was frustrating, and put something of a dampener on what was otherwise a great experience.

Food has no taste , pizza undercooked, cheep ingredients, poor quality for the price . Food arrived quickly but, service was ok but no one bother to ask if you need anything or if food was ok .

Food was good but they ran out of salad for the starters we had to select a different option. Only issue was we were over changed for the meal, we had the special menu and they changed alacart.

Situated at the castle end of the High st there is a bit of a view of the castle wall from the window seats at the front of the restaurant.
Staff are very friendly and at least 2 of the staff at the time were Italian which adds to the atmosphere.
The few times we visited we were able just to walk off the street and get a table. The food is nice and if you download the app you can pay at the table and earn 'pizza slices' which will eventually give you bronze, silver and gold rewards which mean you can take advantage of a few freebies
