I?d give this company 0 stars if I could.Called the number on Facebook to book my free measure quote for carpet on my stairs and landing on Monday. Was told 9:30-10 on Wednesday. Great. Until Wednesday comes and I call at 9:40 to check they are still coming, yes be with you at 12-12:30 he said.. I said you told me 9:30-10. Aww well sorry he said. Take photos and il quote you that way I said well no I want an exact price not a price that could change or something. So I said right I?m not happy but il wait till 12:30.12:45 I ring again. No answer, try another 2 times no answer. 4th time he answers I?m with a client il ring you back in a minute. So I said ok thanks.1pm comes and I text and say don?t bother you didn?t even have the decency to let me know your running late or anything so I will go elsewhere.Appalling Service. Do not recommend. Unsure how you have 5 stars! Won?t be using this company again

Would highly recommend Phab floors. Beautiful flooring and carpet fitted by Paul and a fantastic job done couldn't fault a thing was really pleased with greatservice and fitting

My experience with phab floors isn't so great. They fitted carpet on my landing a stairs. They were the cheapest company around. The 2 guys that fitted seemed to know thier stuff and didnt take them long to fit. They left all the rubbish and access underlay and carpet in my hallway and on my bedroom floor even though they were only doing my carpet and stairs so they had no reason to go in my bedroom. Since fitting myself and my daughters have caught our feet on the carpet grips which are coming though the carpet. 1 or 2 we have kinda thought it's not much of a big deal but we are finding more and more now. . Contacted phab floors and waiting on a reply. Hopefully they sort this out.

Second time ordering from Phab floors. Very good service again. Lady in the shop was helpful and the 2 guys fitting the carpets and lino were friendly, helpful and professional, and did a top job. Thanks

Brilliant service from start to finish. Peter measured up, as promised Karen rang to book a date to be fitted, carpet fitters arrived at time given. Great customer service and lovely people to deal with. High quality carpet and a good price. Highly recommend

I visited this shop on 24/09/21 & within seconds I spotted a carpet i fell in love with so I proceeded to book an appointment for them to come out & measure up & give me a quote. I was given 27/09/21 at 10.45. Well no-one turned up, no phone call, text or email from themselves. I have phoned & even sent an email still no response. I find it very hard to believe that they are 5* but I can bet the money we lost by staying home that day that they will now come up with some excuse.I wouldn't have given any stars if possible .

Highly recommend Phab Carpets. Carpetright let me down terribly, but Karen and the team came to my rescue. They squeezed me in at probably a very busy time, and the fitters were excellent! Quick, reliable and perfect quality fitting. I would never go anywhere else now for carpets.
