Asked the lady on till at 7.52 if we can buy fish, she refused saying we are close to shut the shop. Poor services amd staff needs more training that there is a difference between closed and near to close.

Nice pet supplies store. I haven't visited a Pets at Home for a while. They sell premium brands of cat food not available in supermarket.
Person on the till was very helpful and explained that if I downloaded app I could re-find my old loyalty card number and get 10% discount.
This took a little time, but I finally did it and received my discount.

A great store. Llanishen and Rhiwbina are desperately short of dog groomers! So many local dog owners would be queuing up if you could provide this service.

staff are lovely it's nice to meet pets at home staff who are seriously passionate about small animals and care about theor wellbeing. was given alot of information about the hamsters and its clear that they are very loved by the staff. they let us get to know the animals and even though I had no intention of leaving with a new friend I came back to collect a lovely friendly black hamster who we've named Arizona. thanks all we'll be back soon!

Decent local pet shop for general supplies. Some of the staff are superbly helpful and knowledgeable. Plus the kids love coming in to look at the animals!
