This is a big pet store, they have petty much everything for all kinds of domestic pets. They always have what we need. It is in a great location, there are plenty of other shops in the area and a massive free car park. Friendly staff and a VIP club that offered money of for loyal customers.

Vets4Pets They are marvellous, the receptionists, the nurses, the vets. Nic the vet emailed me regularly about my Bella and was caring and sympathetic. Also very professional. Sadly on 1st Feb 2024 my beautiful cat Bella was 13yrs this month but had to put to sleep. I was devastated, but had the warmth, comfort and care from Nic and her team. I received a lovely card also through the post a few days later

Check your price tickets. Managers dont keep up to date with them you get over charged. Also check your water ph before you but them in the tank. They lie about the ph and ammonia/nitrate levels.They lie about the internal test to make a profit.They lie about the health of the pets they have and dont say about the health issues they have had instore.Profit over protection.

Went in today with my daughter to buy her first big fish tank. We were helped by the lovely and patient Rob. He advised us on the proper fish care products, and even carried the heavy box to the car.Dude was awesome ?

Tonight I have 2 beautiful smelling puppies after their groom and spa this afternoon ??The groom room is such a wonderful, clean facility that my 2 always love visiting.The booking system was easy and the pricing very clear. My dogs were seen to promptly without having to wait.Thank you to Ashleigh who groomed them both today. ?We will definitely be back
