Good to find all sorts pets things including fish birds which normally you can?t see them in supermarkets. Staff are very helpful

The way they treat the animals are terribly heartbreaking, I?m a loyal customer and I come here all the time .They overfeed the hamsters , rabbits with unhealthy unnatural cheap food with about 1cm of bedding . All hamster,gerbil wheels bitten off due to lack of chews and boredom no proper dental health with the rabbits , hamsters ,gerbils,rats. It breaks my heart coming in all the time and seeing these little animals treated with such cruelty hopefully it changes.

I would like to thank publicly the store manager, Richie, for his help and professionalism in trying to help me sorting out a problem with an online order. He has gone out of his way in trying to understand where my order has ended up(apparently it got lost between the warehouse and the courier - vanished in thin air..) and didnt let my cat go without her special treats! Thank you again for your help and dedication! D.

Great staff. Can be a bit low on stock sometimes. Easy to pick up online orders because there's loads of parking. And if you've got massive bags of dog food to carry to the car there's always someone there to help you ?
