The whole team at Peter Alan Victoria Park have been exceptional. We had a tough time in our purchase with solicitors who were slow and not communicative, however Peter Alan persisted and got answers when we needed them and always rang back when they said they would! A particular shout out to Chris, who went the extra mile on numerous occasions and ensured exchange would happen, despite solicitor push back. Wouldn't want to use any other estate agent in the city to sell with. Thanks very much Peter Alan Victoria Park!

So happy with how the team helped me buy my own home! Kasey was so friendly and informative from when i first called and viewed a few with Victoria Park. I went onto view with Will who was great. I really wanted the house so i was told to speak with Charlotte if i wanted to offer who informed me about the seller and enthusiastic about the house! These guys have been great, it took a full year to sell my flat after several sales fell through (as did several purchases!) during covid. Charlotte was always on hand with help and advice, and Will came round with my spare key when I locked myself out! They've gone above and beyond to get this sale done, I really appreciate the people at this branch, highly recommend :)

We couldn't be any happier with Peter Alan (Victoria Park) and how amazing they were at helping us sell our house. Above and beyond what I was expecting from any estate agent! Charlotte was absolutely brilliant from day one in valuing our house and was able to get it to sell for 20k more than had we gone with a different estate agent! She took a genuine interest in the house and was more committed and professional than previous people we'd used - night and day! Peter Alan made everything so easy for us by helping out at literally every stage of the selling process and completely took all the stress away. We can't thank them enough really. I wouldn't hesitate to use Peter Alan again and highly recommend!
