Brilliant service from Chloe Thomas at Peter Alan, responded immediately confirming end of tenancy and arranged repayment of deposit. This was repaid, as promised, and within the timeframe stated. Very efficient young lady and great to do business with. Would certainly recommend.

Very poor service disappointed let down no help for tennents only landlords thought peter alan was a a good company left in a house with very no heating and hot water and full of rats damp walls so electric doesn't work

Chloe Thomas was the consultant that helped me out during my tenure in a particular property. It was a difficult tenancy in that the property has issues and Chloe helped me sort them out and work with the Landlord that is not in country. Well done!

Absolutely shocking service with these lot, if you are looking to rent off Peter Alan, please don't save yourself the hassle.I was living in the flat for 4 years they took another months rent after leaving. They didn't respond to my emails which left me with no money during Christmas. They are completely against their tenants, they ignored all of my maintenance requests during living at my flat in parc gwernfadog.The Landlord is trying to claim the entire deposit which is absolute joke, claiming that they needed it to paint two rooms and cleaning.Peter Alan have just been against me since Day 1 of handing in my leaving notice.When I paid for my last months rent which was good for another TWO WEEKS after leaving, they were bringing people inside my flat for viewings whilst I was cleaning and packing up, which is very impatient in my opinion and rude.The people in the Cardiff branch have been extremely lazy at dealing with any issues, they basically give you the run around passing you on to other people until you end up with the same person you were talking to, they are basically a bunch of kids trying to irritate you in the process.Do yourself a favour, don't rent from any of their properties, bunch of scumbags that suck up to the landlords and don't look after their tenants at all.

Absolutely awful company. They never get back to you. They always use excuses instead of rectifying situations.Stay away and use a much better companyIt will be less stressful I can assure you!!

Jordan has been very helpful throughout whole process of renewing gas safety inspection which was a struggle as myself couldn?t get an engineer who would conduct work needed. Jordan organised it all and got a quote for me. Very happy with his service.

I?m currently a tenant via Peter Alan, I?ve recently had to report a maintenance issue and am so very impressed with the service I received from ?Daniel? he was so helpful, supportive and I?ve got to say quite funny!
