Absolutely appalled. My house-bound mother joined this pharmacy purely for the delivery of her medication, a service they proudly advertise.They picked up her medication and held onto it for a week without informing her they had it or making any attempt to deliver it.When we called it to ask after the medication being delivered the man on the phone sighed loudly and asked "Why don't you just get someone to collect it? " I dont live locally so was unable to collect it for her hence why we wanted the service.When the medication was delivered the man was extremely rude. When my disabled mother asked him do deliver the medication to her door instead of leaving it outside, he was extremely rude and once she did answer the door to receive her medication said "what you can't even walk down the steps?! " and stormed off before she could reply she is DISABLED! Completely shocked at this service and the ignorance shown towards disability. My mother went a week without medication then was verbally abused when it was delivered.

Coming from a family of pharmacists I feel the personal service given by Qui and his wife is superb giving genuine care and traditional service. I hope with the medical changes forthcoming to the area that the pharmacy will be well treated.
