My friends and I meet Julia today at Penhaligon?s Cardiff and she is an amazing person. She made us feel so special, she took the time to speak to us and know what kind or fragrances would best suit us. there are no amount of stars to describe our experience. will definitely buy from penhaligons again.

Myself and my mother had an excellent experience at this store by Mohammed. We came in looking for a birthday present, and Mohammed went above and beyond to help us find the perfect gift and wrapped it for us with a tag. He is a great member of staff!After having a bad experience with Penhaligon staff in the harrods branch, it was a breath of fresh air coming in to the Cardiff branch, thank you!

So it's anything but cheap but you'll understand why when you've tried a few of the samples. All the scents are unisex and caring degrees of lovely. The staff are patient, incredibly helpful and let the goods sell themselves. I guarantee you're going to find several smells you love.

Today 15/07/2023 went to this shop and I refilled atomiser , I didn?t know I suppose to ask from the till. Anyway I wanted to buy my small pack of samples but I was thinking let me just get my refills and then get the rest later on. The lady who works there with an accent she had short hair and fringe and eye liner on , she actually give me a filthy look and started to tell me off that I should ask this from the till and have to be registered. Well I?m registered already because my previous parfums and atomiser was from this shop actually. She was really rude to me when she asked me to go to the till and give my email she said I run out of refills, i said that?s not a problem I can pay for it and anyway I came here because I wanted to purchase. At the end I bought what I wanted but just to say as a paying customer I?m really disappointed with the policy of service I received. Just find out the lady who served me called Julia.

Visited Penhaligons with my best friend for a scent experience and wow! Considering it is free of charge, we were completely spoiled, made to feel very special and nothing was rushed. Dylan was so lovely and knowledgeable, he gave us a wide range of scents and we ended up choosing ones we never would have picked it he hadn't have shown us some 'curveball' scents. It was a wonderful experience and will certainly be back. If you visit, ask for Dylan and you will have a really lovely, memorable experience.

Popped into the Cardiff store whilst on a work trip, having never been to Penhaligons before I was not disappointed. I was greeted and looked after by Julia. I explained I had never shopped here before and once I explained what sort of scent I usually wear she quickly started showing me ones with similar notes. Her knowledge was incredible, she was patient and more than willing to assist me knowing that I was unlikely to make a purchase due to being new to the brand. This alone sold me so much so I came back the next day albeit disappointed that Julia wasn?t working as I?d loved her to have had the commision but I purchased a bottle of Vaara and couldn?t be more delighted with my new favourite scent. Thank you Julia, you are the epitome of great customer care and service!!

Popped in today and purchased a scents library as I'm new to penhalligons. Really lovely young man who served me, was super friendly and packaged my purchase so wonderfully. Can't wait to try my perfumes and come back for more .
