My Wife and I have been advised by Oliver Pughe (Olly) at Penguin for a number of years now and have always been greatly impressed by his 'no nonsense' and pragmatic advice which has guided us through into Retirement in a remarkably easy fashion. The time spent advising us has always been with patience and intell;igent understanding of our needs. We continue to reap the rewards of the clever investment and retirement planning strategy he developed for us. We also appreciate the regular communication and updates from Penguin, and the other lovely staff who are so great to deal with. Thoroughly recommended.

This review is primarily based on the service received by Nathan Cardy.On hearing the news that I would be being made redundant, my head was spinning as to the best way forward with my pension planning.Nathan came to the site of my work and took a few details from me. Immediately I felt I was in good hands. As I don't live local to Penguin Wealth, I have had a couple of Zoom meetings with Nathan, who advised me to combine my pensions which Penguin have taken care of for me. I have found Nathan to be extremely personable, friendly and professional, as are all the staff I have had connection with at Penguin Wealth. I highly recommend Nathan should you require any professional advice with your financial planning. Thanks to Nathan and the team at Penguin Wealth for reducing my stress levels!

Craig was my husband and my financial advisor long before he branched out and founded Penguin Wealth. We were always so completely in awe of his skills and the way he handled our finances. Craig was professional as well as personable. He put us at our ease and clearly outlined the pros and cons of investment and illustrated it so well for Yvonne and I to understand. the localised nature of the company added to our decision to invest and also the knowledge that we would have regular professionally produced information to keep us informed. From the very first email & phone call about our mortgage, Chris was super helpful. I have been with Penquin for 8-9 years and am very happy with the services I receive. All staff without exception are extremely friendly but very professional at the same time. My advisor, Tom, always has a smile on his face and always gives good solid advice. The markets over the last few years have been turbulent to say the least but I believe that Penquin have handled my investments as well if not better than many other financial firms. I?m more than happy to allow Penquin to handle my investments on my behalf and know that I will be kept involved by means of regular face to face updates. I would certainly recommend Penquin to anybody who would like to go down the road of financial/investment management.
