Absolute rubbish returns policy.Did all online, got return code, went to store as don?t want to pay to return only to be told as I paid by PayPal I can?t return in store for a refund I have to pay to return it!No where when I clicked pay by PayPal did it warn me that this type of transaction can?t be refunded in store as if it did I would have used my card. I use PayPal online everywhere and never had this trouble as they just refund it to PayPal.Will definitely not buy online from peacocks again

Been waiting on a refund since March keep being told they can see the trousers were sent back but still no refund. Absolutely disgusted with lack of service. Bunch of thieves by the looks of other reviews.

Treat you like a theif when they make a mistake by not doing a gift card correctly. Then customer care treat you the same even though they can see there is money on a card that can't be used. Customer care need some more training

One star is too high for this Company. Extremely disappointed, ordered same top twice in error, sent email to try to cancel one, it was ignored. When both tops came they were not suitable, had to pay to send back in post, only got refund for one, have emailed since about other refund, no reply and cannot get call answered at customer services. AVOID!!!

I?m TRYING to upgrade my service but I keep getting an error message. Amazon says it isn?t on their end. No amount of searching their help engine has yielded any kind of help or anything close to it! I need to speak to a human to find out what the problem is! I guess peacock doesn?t need anymore business!
