I stayed in this hotel one night. Beautiful property just a few minutes walk from the city centre, the train station and the legendary Principality Stadium. Large room with nice window (locked for security). Good cleaning. Good breakfast which is paid as an extra when booking. Bathroom with small sink, shower with tub (difficult to use for those with mobility limitations). No air conditioning. No hairdryer. Small TV compared to the size of the room. Heating with electric radiator. On the other hand, in the wardrobe I found a table fan....and an iron with ironing board! Definitely a hotel that has seen better times and with a poor quality/price ratio

Have a good stay.Room to refresh perhaps....Good breakfast.At the bar the beer is more expensive than in town....Very good location.

Rooms like any other, could be in a holiday Inn, bed was very hard, and room extremely cold and plug to turn on radiator was behind the radiator so didn't find until late!

Room fine, but fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the staff did not care. When checking out, staff simply asked how I slept and seemed surprised when I mentioned the alarm. Didn't even bother apologising or explaining why it went off. Most other places I've stayed at offer automatic discounts/partial refunds.

Hotel its self is lovely, staff helpful and friendly. room very nice. But the noise from outside kept us awake most of the night and window was not open. the shower door didn't have a rubber on the end of the glass that makes it stay on the bath when you push it in place so bathroom floor got soaked. No floor mat 1 hand towel 2 small bath towels had to use the hand towel to be safe getting out of shower. Bed and pillows so uncomfortable there was a mattress topper on top of the mattress that was smaller than the bed for price you would expect better quality pillows not flat ones and a bed with no topperNoteworthy details: Handy if your going to see a show in motorpoint area

Stayed one night. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable.

Not a bad hotel at all. Did keep my room, even though I arrived a few days late. Room was clean but very very cold.Rooms: Room was a good size twin room. Bed was comfortable, good sized bath room. My issues were mostly with lack of heating. And cleaner just entering my room early morning to see if anyone had used room.

Right opposite Arena , genuinely lovely staff ,great prices . If there's a show in town we are going back there . No faults at all .Nearby activities: Smack in the middle of all Cardiff has to offer .
