I have mixed feelings about the offering provided by this O2 store, which are unlikely to reflect any particular issue at this outlet but rather trends in the whole phone market. They had a good selection of phones and good information available about them, with staff helpful answering questions. However, they didn't seem to have any options for buying a phone outright, and phones were often bundled with SIM packages or other things with a monthly payment plan. The pricing generally was far from transparent. If I were to get a new phone, I would be far more likely to order online than go to this shop in person.

Great service. Very quick to be seen and lovely staff :) I renewed my iPhone contract and got a better phone and a cheaper deal as a loyal customer. Very happy!

Thanks for the amazing service received on my visit 1st March. I thought that I had mixed up my settings, but I needed a new SIM card! Thankfully I hadn?t pressed any wrong buttons! Thank you so much for your help.

Really not happy with the service provided. The employee told me I had 2 free extras on my contract. I only asked for one, being Disney+, but they insisted I use both. So I said fine, add Amazon prime aswell even though i already have Amazon. when I got home and went on the app it only showed I am entitled to one extra, and that one had already been selected for me as Amazon prime? now I?ve been told nothing can be done to change it.

A very busy place when I walked in and all the workers I talked to were friendly and knowledgeable on the subject. The displays were well laid out and the signage was clear and legible.
Only thing I didn't like was there was no queue priority. People who came in after me were seen to first and it felt awkward pointing this out that you were there before and not seen to. A barrier, number system or a hostess type person could have made this a lot less embarrassing than it was as I felt I wasn't a priority to them.

O2 were taking money off my elderly parents for 2.5 years for a sim card they never used. Today the Manager James sorted it today and took the time to make sure it all repaid. If you need customer service from O2, I can recommend this store!!

Very helpful and full of good advice when I was looking to buy a new phone for my husband for Christmas. The phone i wanted was out of stock but the sales person advised me where I could get the same model and also advised me of specific questions to ask to ensure that I had a good deal and to check christmas returns policy. Really helpful for me as I'm not the most techie minded older person . Cheers o2

Took my Dad into this store today with his 2004 (yes, twenty year old) SIM and phone. Very helpful young man called Tochi went above and beyond to get my Dad a new phone and SIM. What a star!! Thanks Tochi
