Number 1 flooring has fitted floors in a few bedrooms so we chose them to fit the entire downstairs in herringbone. Sam, the fitter came to review job, and floors needed to be levelled through the ground floor. Dates were booked and Sam was a perfectionist, firstly levelling floors, and then fitting the flooring. We have been so pleased with the end result, and the excellent and professional manner in which Sam completed the job. Would highly recommend!

Number 1 flooring truly lives up to their name. Honestly thank you does not seem enough. After our washing machine flooded our whole downstairs we need to rip up all the flooring so it was a pretty big job and we needed new flooring ASAP. After shopping around and having people give us ridiculous quotes number 1 flooring we?re the only ones who had lots of options for us to choose from and gave us a brilliant quote as well as fitting our flooring within 1 week. Our flooring was in such a bad state and the fitters did an amazing job Mazi and Jay who were incredibly friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure our flooring was perfect. Also thank you to Aaron who came out and did the quote for us who was also really helpful at the shop. We had the whole of downstairs which included a passage, living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and the stairs and landing area done all in one day as the fitters worked so hard. I highly recommend this shop to everyone I am so happy with the quality of our flooring and for an amazing price. Thank you all! We no longer have to live with a concrete floor!

This is my third experience with No.1 Flooring and yet again, combination of price, quality of product, installation and professionalism of staff left me no choice but to leave 5 star review. There were several complications of no fault of No.1 Flooring but never the less, they went above and beyond to advise and help fix the issues. Special thanks to Kris for quotation process and project managing the job and massive hat off to Fitting team and specially Sam who displayed great craftsmanship. It was pleasure to work with No1 Flooring team from start to finish. Thanks to them, we now have beautiful happy home. Will be going straight back to them for next project.

4 stars for floor work but not for tiles, left huge gaps between tiles and wall, and not level between tiles.1 star is for all the garbage that left behind. The first two photos with food waste were taken 6 weeks ago, Number One Flooring keep saying they will send someone to collect it. The last two photos of rear garden are taken today, I can wait no more as they start to grow hygiene issues.One more thing to remind if you still go ahead for tiles with this company. They sent my orders to Birmingham not once but twice, and I had to cancel one of the projects due to insufficient time.

We initially had our lounge done, then the dining room, hallway and now 2 bedrooms. All the guys are lovely, Kris in the showroom is so helpful and shout-out to Sam as an amazing fitter. We will be getting our front room done next and this is the only flooring company we would use or recommend. They are competitive, friendly and professional. Thankyou guys.

From start to finish I was impressed with this company. After the initial consultation they helped me get the best flooring for my flat. They were prompt and efficient in taking up the old flooring and tiles in bathroom. Sam did a great job levelling . He was fast and did a professional job laying the laminate.I thoroughly recommend them for their teamwork,speed and quality of work. They did an amazing job and I am really pleased with the results. We visited the Cardiff store to view their products and had a full discussion with the staff on pros and cons of laminate v. vinyl flooring. Having settled on our choice, we were visited at home for an assessment and measurement, followed by a quote. After accepting quote and confirming order, we arranged a date for fitting.At every stage, nothing appeared too much trouble. The staff in the store, and fitter who came on the day, were all happy to share their knowledge and advice without exerting any "sales pressure". In fact, we changed our minds on the actual day of fitting regarding requirements and this was accepted without quibble.We wholeheartedly recommend No. 1 Flooring. Ask for Kris, Neil or Lee.Photos show finished job ("Old Pine" laminate tiles, fitted on top of XPS underlay, white surround beading and new door threshold).

From the initial visit to the showroom , down to the measuring and then fitting , these guys are most definitely no 1 . Sam fitted the flooring and he did a brilliant job ! Could not fault him , I am more than pleased with the finished result . There was no mess , everything was explained to me and the result was outstanding .Would 100 per cent recommend this business , in fact there should be a 10 star option , as they are worthy of it !!
