Thought this was really bad, went to buy an item in store that had been marked it was reduced by 25%. When taking it to the counter I was told that the discount had ended the night before. I visited the store at 5.30PM, which would have given the store over 10 hours to have taken the signs down, that were advertised across the whole shop. This is really disappointing for a well known brand. I then asked the girl at the till if they would take student discount, which she implied was only 10%. Online new look are offering the full 25% off discount which I think is what I am entitled too. The sticker on the item also labeled that the price was deducted but they weren?t willing to honour it.

Lovely store in St David's Centre. The staff were very helpful. The store is very well laid out. Easy to find the type of garment your looking for. The staff jump on the tills as soon as customers start to queue. Great shopping experience.

Popped in this evening as I needed a wedding guest outfit in a hurry, they have gotten rid of their curve section and even though all their sizes run to a size 22 (I'm a size 20/22 depending on fit) they had no dresses above a size 18. I am really disappointed as I don't want to have to spend over £200 on your website ordering 6 dresses just to try on because you don't stock them in store, it's bad customer service and very disappointing that the High Street is being so un-inclusive of size.
