Had a really good experience kind and attentive staff and came to me to measure and quoted for free I’ve had bad experiences with tapi and carpet right they have rude fitters and not much experience in customer service and carpet kingdom is local and great customer service regardless time of day unlike tapi or carpet... read full comment

Perfect service. This company cares about customer satisfaction more than money. They are very helpful and flexibleI had to remove part of my carpet after they fitted it because of water pipe burst. They came to fix it later and refused to take money. I asked them many times to take extra fees as it is not their fault.Recommended... read full comment
