I had really good customer service here the guys were very welcoming and friendly which is always a plus in my book.I booked in for two new tyres online and turned up to my time slot.I was told the job would take about 40 minutes so I went for a wander.When I turn back up around 40 minutes later my car was ready to go (brilliant).I would say they ticked all the boxes today and got the job done and I would happily come back in the future.

I wasn't able to get my car MOT'd at my usual local garage, and at short notice I was only able to get a booking at this Halfords Autocentre. I was very pleased with the service I received, and will certainly use this Autocentre again. Very courteous staff, knowledgeable and thorough, and by becoming a 'Premium' member I get the MOT for free when joining, but also get a £10 voucher and some free fittings thrown in, which I will certainly use.

I had booked a specific time slot to have the windscreen wipers changed on my car. When I arrived, it turned out that they didn't have the wipers despite having ordered the specific wipers I needed. Instead, I would need to leave the car for an hour minimum. I couldn't and do was very disappointed with the service. However, the staff were very obliging and apologetic. The fault lies in Halfords system and I would recommend you look elsewhere for service.

MOT was sorted just fine within an hour, but be aware that their repair services are limited, and you may be told to go to a different Autocentre to get sorted. Might be worth just booking into the Halfords Autocentre on Newport Road to start with.

Exceptional service. I rang late in the day Wednesday as I had a screw in my tire. They fitted me in first thing the following morning. I rely on my car for work so their efficiency and flexibility is very much appreciated. Will be using them again!

I will not be visiting this place again. It's now Halfords. One puncture turned into "5 puncture's!" This ended up with me having a new tyre fitted! I don't trust Halfords and will not be returning!

Had a flat tyre asked for repair. Garage refused saying I was too close to the 1.6mm legal limit at 2mm and could not carry out the repair. He recommended I changed all tyres and they quoted £780 for the new tyres.I went to their sister garage on Penarth Road who confirmed I had 4-5mm tread left and my tyre was repairable.I checked their website for the tyre prices and the price was below £500 had I changed all 4 tyres.I am absolutely disgusted by their dishonest unprofessional manner. It is people like this that give garages such terrible reputations.Update - after sending the and email to the requested email address I was contacted by the area manager. In order for my complaint to be progressed I had to agree to a Halfords garage to do a 5 point vehicle check. Not having the time to take my car to them my complaint could not go any further. Very disappointing company.

Can't thank the team here enough for helping me with a punctured tyre as I was about to leave for a holiday. They managed to squeeze me in even though they were really busy and sorted the puncture within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Went here 4 years ago and posted positive review. How times have changed. Driving today and the tyre warning light came on so pulled in to get it checked. The guy behind the desk could not be bothered to get off the computer and I got the "appointments only - nothing today. Come back tomorrow" response. Luckily one of the nearby tyre companies diagnosed the issue , dealt with it and will be getting my custom in future, as my crystal ball can obviously not be relied on to know when I am going to pick up an nail and allow me to book in advance

Ordered windscreen wipers on Monday morning. Took my car in on Tuesday afternoon for fitting and within 10 minutes or so I was on my way again. Stuart was so helpful and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use this branch of Halfords in the future.

Went to have a tyre fitted to a rim that I had taken off my wife's car. 4 chaps there..one car in, " appointment only mate"...next appointment on Thursday...I went 300 yards to Kwik fit, 10 minutes, job done.
