I'm not sure about uniform policy 1, who
cleared our table and had trousers like he was a painter and decorator.
Staff friendly and helpful, though.
Though don't normally like plates being cleared while someone on the table is still eating.

It's Nandos so tastes the same as every other nandos. Although having ordered nandos after quite some time and for the first time in Wales I was blown away when I asked to swap the burger bun in the sunset burger for Pita and was told it would cost a £1??? What the reason for that is very unclear to me because I didn't order an additional piece of bread just a swap on the bread choice and never have I ever before been charged for it. Not sure if it was the person on the till making the call or a new thing the franchise has rolled out. Not happy whatsoever.

I had an appalling experience at Nando?s Nantgarw branch on Christmas Eve, which left me deeply upset. The visit began with food that was completely burnt and unfit to eat, despite our request for it to be cooked ?well done.? When we raised the issue with the manager, J.C., we were met with dismissiveness and condescension, with comments like ?Cool, mate,? and no effort to resolve the issue.
The situation escalated when another staff member rudely told us to ?get lost,? and J.C. instructed us to leave the restaurant with a dismissive ?shoo? gesture. As we left, the entire team stood watching us, making intimidating hand gestures?even in front of my young children. This was humiliating, hostile, and completely unacceptable.
The unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from the staff was shocking and entirely at odds with Nando?s values of inclusivity and respect. I wouldn?t wish this experience on anyone. I urge Nando?s to take this incident seriously and ensure no other customer is subjected to such appalling treatment.

I want to take a moment to recognise Madison for her exceptional service. She helped me resolve an issue with a refund for my mum?s order, and I couldn?t have asked for a better experience. Madison was incredibly helpful, genuinely apologetic, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted out smoothly.
Her professionalism stood out, and her patience throughout the process was truly impressive. I was so impressed to learn that she?s training for a managerial role I can?t think of anyone more deserving. Madison embodies everything you?d hope for in a manager: dedication, empathy, and a clear commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Thank you, Madison, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy and pleasant. I wish you the best in your training you?re going to be an incredible manager!

12th Nov 2024 @ 1621hrs - Great experience. Very friendly staff, especially my G with the bandana on the till. All other staff very attentive and always going about looking busy ready to act on any customers needs. Assuming the manager is the one wearing the white shirt also keeping busy and running a tight ship by the looks of it. Excellent meal and service ?
