Got click and collect from nandos in cardiff bay, the chicken was delicious as were the sides, got thighs and butterfly breast, with peri chips, coleslaw, macho peas and garlic bread. Food was ready and waiting when we got in there, lovely and hot. Had an enjoyable nandos feast in our hotel room.

Great service - the lady who attended us was amazing. She warned us there was a wait with the food and kindly offered my son and I a complimentary starter. We really appreciated that. The food was delicious and great value for money. We will come back!

Appalling place. Twice in a short space of time when ordering delivery through their website they have sent us the completely wrong order. 9/10 of the other times there have been items missing from our order. Most recently they failed to resolve the situation leaving us £50+ down and without the food we ordered. Completely incompetent.

Great little Nando's, good food, location, service ?
Knocked a star off because I didn't get my discount. As a forces veteran I have a blue light card, this gets me certain discounts at participating places. Nando's offer 5% off the bill for card holders. Although I showed my card, the staff wanted to see my service I.D. before giving discount. I served years ago and obviously don't have one. ?

An amazing place. Truly a wonderful star in Cardiff. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the fries were coated with peri peri salt. Overall, an amazing place and will be coming back soon. ??

Went to Nandos on a whim today after work today was welcomed by Liam who was a lovely host and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The food was as to be expected although prices have gone up! Only critique is that you could use an extra person on the tills as the QR code ordering system had half the menu missing and there was a queue building up.
