During my recent visit to Nando?s at St David?s in Cardiff, I was fortunate to be served by Chris, whose exceptional service truly enhanced my dining experience. From the moment I arrived, Chris greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, immediately making me feel welcome.
Throughout the meal, Chris demonstrated remarkable attentiveness, ensuring that all my needs were met without being intrusive. His knowledge of the menu was impressive; he provided insightful recommendations that catered perfectly to my preferences.
What stood out most was Chris?s ability to anticipate needs before they were expressed. Whether it was refilling drinks promptly or offering extra napkins, his proactive approach showcased a level of professionalism that is rare to find.

Chicken breast and thigh were very dry and rough. Also got gastroenteritis the day after.

Banging once again, and glad to know they've brought cash payment back! We were sat upstairs, served by a lovely lady. Didn't catch her name but she was a credit to your business ?? we ate roughly around 1/2pm. There was a small queue with about 5 sets of people, we waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. Food came quickly after ordering. Will be back!

Emma was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were 4 adults and a baby, and we needed a baby chair. Emma located us a table, and she cleaned and set up the table for us whereby she could just ask one of her colleagues to do so, but she attended this herself knowing we got a child with us. Thank you

We went at 9.20 and by this time they almost closed everything although they close at 10. They Removed the lid of all the sauce bottles for closing and when asked I was told they can?t give it. I just need to use it as it is. Tables were dirty and we were asked to sit in the outside tables in cold. It seems they basically wanted to get rid of us because they want led to finish their store closing work before it?s time to close

I enjoyed the food. Didn't wait too long. however my partners food was cold. I explained his burger was cold. I had to explain myself to two servers and (I assume) the manager. The manager was very skeptical, saying it's one of the first meals out and maybe the sauce made it cold. They remade the meal and it was warm the second time around even with the sauce. never experienced anything like it. He had only had one bite before returning, it was not like we were after more food. it was more of an inconvenience waiting again, I don't know why they would think we would make up that it was cold. it was very very uncomfortable experience.

We were served by the fantastic Ash, she made out night feel so special and was super attentive! The food was amazing, and the staff were super quick to resolve an issue! Thank for the great night :)

The Asian guy needs to calm down, second visit here and the same guy came rushing as soon as we received our meal to checkback, before we could we respond, said thanks walked away..
we were on our last bits, attacked us asking you done? And took our plates away, bro I still had my 4wings left, I got stunned by that time plates were gone.. this guy needs to chill!

I have tried other branches of Nando's, and it was really good; however, today's food at the st. Davis branch was cold and seemed to not be fresh. We mentioned this to the staff, and they took the mash potato and changed it for us, but by the time they returned it, we were done with our meal.

Nando?s in St David?s has always been a great experience. The food here is always warm and tasty and the staff are friendly. The restaurant has multiple floors with nice balcony tables
