For my part the service was quite long. In fact we had to wait 55 minutes before being served even though all the tables around us were already served.

Staff were absolutely incredible in accommodating all of our requests and making sure we were well-taken care of! Would definitely recommend this location. Bilal in particular was an absolute godsend!

Legitimately the best service I have ever had at this Nando?s. They were incredibly accommodating for our group of over 30 (which balooned to over 40).
If I could give 6 or 7 stars to Bilal in particular for going above and beyond on the service and for making it all work out.
I would thoroughly recommend this Nando?s to anyone visiting Cardiff.

Amazing service at this Nando?s and incredibly accommodating for our huge group, giving us the entire upstairs area. I would rate the service higher than 5 stars if I could. Bilal deserves particular praise for going above and beyond on the service and for making it all work out. I would recommend this Nando?s to anyone visiting Cardiff.

Interesting concept, very good, the chicken was not dry and the sauces were good

There was such a lovely girl who sat me on a table today and brought my food. She had auburn hair and was extremely polite, checking up on our order and making sure we had everything we needed??

Chicken was not cook properly and was made very I'll. Staff said it was cooked but I refused to eat it and didn't receive a refund. Terrible custom care. Got to get your own cutlery and sauces really bad service

I?m very disappointed tall waiter with glasses very rude . Helping other customers but not me. Wife asked for napkins to be restocked twice waited 15 minutes i asked him he stated it?s not his duty.
