Everytime I order on there through delivery EVERYTIME. There's not just 1 but always MANY items not in stock. Not one order has had everything on my list. If its not in stock, mention that on the item on tbe site! The replacements are assumptions. Be good if the customer could choose what to replace those items with. Many times I've lost money because I didn't like the replacement chosen for me. One time I ordered JUST to get a redbull. Everything else bonus. They didn't give me redbull I wanted, didn't have it so instead they gave me a SUGAR FREE redbull. I ordered SUGAR. How is a sugar free one going to make it ok?! I strictly needed that caffeine and sugar that morning. Where's the brain cells?
Moral is SORT OUT YOUR STOCK ON YOUR SITE FOR DELIVEROO AND DONT SEND REPLACEMENT ITEMS With 0 thought going into it! Find a way customers can choose their replacements instead so that no one is wasting any money

Nice and tidy on a Saturday evening. A bit eerie as it was basically empty, apart from a weird family with kids who were throwing around and smashing little pouches of mayo for no reason whatsoever. But I got vegetable samosas with the yellow tag, so I'm happy.
Outside a gang of teenagers being stupid with electric bikes.
Had a nice time.

Great store. They have a lot on offer including non food items. The cafe makes nice food and is resonably priced. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the meat and frozen sections are never fully stocked. There's always large areas of out of stock products. They clearly have a supply issue that they're not addressing. I often have to go to their competitors after shopping at Morrisons due to this.

Went into the Cardiff bay store yesterday evening and we had to use the self service checkout as the manned checkouts were closed. The entire process was so disappointing, annoying and not to mention time consuming and stressful. Majority of the food items we attempted to scan came up with error messages where staff assistance was required. Then the receipt wouldn't print, so we had to wait again.
While waiting for the receipt, I spoke with the assistant manager on duty and all he had to say was that he was sorry about that but had I spoken with their customer service manager. I told him I hadn't and the faulty old machines and self service checkouts is what puts me off from shopping here as I get much! Better service at Asda.
He then walked me over to the customer service manager that was more open to taking the time to hear what I had to say and again she apologised saying that feedback is important but what about my wasted time and this atrocious experience. What does that count for?
Why does someone with medical restricting matters have to endure this despicable experience?
Part of the shopping experience is to have that interaction at the end where an employee scans your purchases and you pay and leave with a smile on your face.

Depressing place. The closest you?ll come to feeling like a shop lifter without having to be one. The staff have checked out, the service is none existent. Sad place to spend money.
